Thank you everyone :) It's most definitely made my day :D
Well, if anyone's interested in what I ended up doing for my
17th Birthday... As follows:
Day started off simple; had church :D I didn't really know what to wear and especially cos it was a
32degrees day... I was really limited to what I could wear but ANYWAYS- I just wore this.[photo will be uploaded soon]
Inside singlet-JayJays
Outside top-Cotton On
Shorts-Cotton OnNo I'm not trying to
promote Cotton On just because I work there. Truth be told, I actually DO have a lot of Cotton On clothes... Can't help it. They're cheap and comfortable to wear :P
Newhoos, after church, I went to a friend's house for what was supposed to be a simple get-together with some parents and teachers for Sunday School. However, the party just sorta got abit bigger than expected :P Lotsa Aunties and Uncles :P And they did the sweetest thing!
They sang me Happy Birthday! Very touched honestly :)
Well then after, I had choir and all that jazz per usual :) To celebrate, I had dinner at a place called Melissa's in Templestowe with my family and the food was alright :) I had a Chicken Risotto and honestly, it's more Chicken than risotto which depends if it's a good or bad thing :P
I was thinking about the
PRIVILEGES of being 17 and honestly, I have to say 17 could well be the dullest year of my life. Sucks to say because I'm 17 now, I need to apply for a Concession Card now -.-" But on the more exciting side, I get to enroll for the electoral role :D
I think about it and I realize, 17 is neither sweet or legal. It's just
in-between. How utterly Lame. But on the uber bright side, now that I'm 17, I get a
higher pay when I work :D *two thumbs up*
I really want exams to be over so that I can start singing and everything :(
Some presents I got these few days were from my parents, Aunty Kim, Luke and Victor :D My dad already gave me a necklace from awhile back so that's alright :P I wore it to the formal :) So it has some sentimental value to it :D My mum gave me money to buy Havaianas and knowing how much my parents think they are overrated, I'm very thankful for them understanding how desperate I am for a pair of
thongs. Aunty Kim gave me two
beach bags which have embroideries on it of a pair of bikini and sandals on the other.
Very Cute and like I said before, photos will be up soon. Internet's being a cranky poopface atm. Victor got me a little piggy soft toy which sticks to the car windows and I've decided to use that on
my first car. Hopefully I'll find it when the time comes... Now, a photo would've been the best way to show what Luke got me but anyways.... He got me...
ROB THOMAS'S CRADLESONG ALBUM!!

:) THANK YOUUUU :D
I'm listening to him now and bygollygeewhiz.
I love it!! :D

Betrayed.
When one is approached with confronting news; news that one does not expect to be real- what is there for one to do? One seeks advice from others but only to be received in humour and mockery. One would assume the respect from one to another is mutual and that the seriousness of the actual issue would be retained but regardless of friendship and care, laughter fills the air; even when it ought to be tears.
Tears of pain for a fellow friend is hurt.
Tears of frustration that one does not know what to do.
Tears of worry for a fellow friend who is lost and confused.
Tears of anger that one can only do so much.Where can one find a being who shares the same fear and worry for this issue? Can two people ever feel equally dedicated and devoted to an issue? I think so. But where is that other person?
Why does one bother?
Why does one care?
What is there to bother and care when everyone treats it with little importance?
There is no one to share this with and no one to worry with.
So lonely one feels. Continuously feeling alone by oneself. No one to be with them and no one to be around them. Just them alone, by themselves. However, when one realizes there is no one on Earth who would listen to their cries, the One in heaven will. Without doubt, it is known that God will listen and God will act.
No one knows where, no one knows when. But whenever and wherever it maybe, one can trust that God will guide them in the right direction to avoid further complications and by speaking to Him, the burden of the issue is lifted up to him and the heart feels its correct mass again.

Dedication
The seaweed is always greener is somebody else's lake,
You dream about going out there but that is a big mistake
- Under The Sea, Alan Menken -Thoroughly amused.
I was in the shower when I heard a dog bark. Well, shocked I listened again waiting for the bark. Turns out, it wasn't a dog.
It was my dad.
Today's the last Friday of school I have before exams. I can't believe school is
finally coming to an end.
THANK GOD!On a more serious note, I really would like to dedicate this post to the big man up in heaven, God for everything he's given me. In a way, everything he's set out for me in the next few weeks have really showed me
how real God is and more importantly, how real he is in
my life.
I was juggling up between going back to Malaysia to staying here. The decision was very hard to make because honestly, my family isn't the best at staying apart. It just doesn't feel right. But
God drew the lines and showed me where I was to go. He gave me not only two jobs, but two jobs I know I'll have fun doing.
I was on Vogue.com.au's forum a few days ago and comments people made about Cotton On was
repulsive and I began to worry what is to come with me working there. It built up and I began to doubt what things are meant to be. I wonder if I should look for another job to ensure a consistent income and all the unnecessary worries began flooding in. But nonetheless, I realized. If I had trusted God to give me this job, I should trust that
he has a plan for me this summer :) Whatever it is, I'm ready for it.
I'm constantly worried about my application for School Captain next year and obviously, Presentation Night can either be an absolute blast for me or a dead dread. It's just
inevitable to feel this way. What if I don't get it? I still have to go and suffer the embarrassment. It's not that I don't accept the fact that I didn't get it. If I'm not elected, then I accept defeat respectfully and will obviously be happy for the one selected. But I can't help feeling slightly emptier with my failure. Thank God, he provided me with not one, but
two awards. I suppose in a way, as materialistic as it sounds, it's just God's way of assuring me things will be alright :) Whatever the problem may be, He's right next to me as I take that step of faith.
I thank God for a
great family and
great friends and
great teachers. I thank God for people around me and also things He has blessed me with. I thank God for the opportunity to study and guide others too. I thank God for who I am and how I am perceived to be no matter how one may judge me or think me to be another. I thank God for how He has made me whether fat or skinny, tall or short, zit or not, I thank God for everything. How he made me is how He wants me to represent Him and I know my mind cannot comprehend God's reason behind things.
My coming weeks are pretty jam-packed and I think I owe all readers a duty of care to explain :P In order:::

Cookie.
I need to be bold,
Need to jump in the cold water
- I'd Rather Be With You, Joshua Radin - I have a confession to make.
I miss my friends Luke and Victor alot :(
Why?Cos before today, I haven't seen them in 2 weeks. I miss having someone to hurry up when I'm at my locker and a friend to walk back home with :(
You guys suck.Nonetheless, it was great seeing them today :) Thus, realizing how much I missed them :(
Well it's been quite a bipolar day but thankfully, the great stuff overthrow the stupid things :D Award winners were informed today and
praise God, I'm one of them :) More info on that will be revealed later this month :D At least this gives me something to look forward to Presentation Night :P Another thing is I got my ESL Outcome back and score was fairly well-played :D 28.5/29 :D:D All I can say is
racism goes a long way =/
On the contrary, evil spies have attacked my brain during classes with annoying pitched voices gossiping.
"Did you know ___ is dating ___?"REALLY!Yeah!And it went on and on and on...
Later in the day, I was so
unfortunate fortunate to listen in on two girls talking about losing weight.
I'm gonna lose weight now, not eating chips anymore! But you look great!I can't- going out on ...Seriously... I understand how some conversations can be brainless and pointless, but false modesty is pathetic and overrated. We're all great the way we are and end of story. Case closed.
Guess what :D It's cookie monster's birthday :D Go on http://www.google.com and have a look :D

Ozzi Ozzi Ozzi Ozzi OI OI OI
Barely even friends,
Then somebody bends unexpectedly
- Beauty and The Beast, Celine Dion & Peabo Bryson -Guess what.
What?I'M AUSTRALIANI had my Citizenship ceremony just before at Hawthorn Town Hall and if you're wondering if I feel any different to being Malaysian...
No, not really. But, the awesomeness will flow in when I turn 18 :)
When I turn 18; I'll get to
vote therefore meaning I'll be on the electoral role, which means I'll have a chance to be a
JUROR. Oh my gosh, I'm so excited just thinking about it :D Honestly, I don't understand why people don't want to vote. It's such a privilege to have the government actually want to know your opinion on who should be government. Especially when they
fine you for not voting- what's the harm?
Anywhoos, attire for important day. I wore my Cooper St dress from Myer, Cardigan from Cotton On and shoes from Singapore.

The town hall had a
chandelier-thing-which-really-isn't-one-but-a-wannabe-one which sorta lit up the hall in a warm feeling.

It was my second time going there anyways. First time I was there was last year during a choir performance. The
Chandelier Room on the other hand had ACTUAL chandeliers and a very grand feel to it :)
We had some special people coming in to witness the ceremonies and one of them was MP Petro Giorgiou :)

Honestly, I don't know that much about him but I felt sad when he mentioned this would be one of his last ceremonies attending as a Member of Parliament. Unsure what he meant, maybe an election's coming up or something, I ono but poor old man :(
After the ceremony, there were some refreshments in the other rooms. I smoothly picked up a glass of white wine and obviously, no fuss :)

Guilt overthrows me though. Usually I'm sufficiently okay with alcohol tolerance but I'm not sure why, I have the worst headache atm. It wasn't even like heavy alcohol. -.-" Who knows what's wrong with me?

Family Photo :)
Anyways, been doing
more study for Legal *sigh* More questions, more pain, more frustration, more stress :(
VT.
